Made from three-ply British wool woven in Scotland, the carpet cloth used is hard wearing enough for commercial use. Wool itself is a natural product that is sustainable, biodegradable and resilient. Due to the pattern repeats on the fabric, not all pattern placement will be the same on each bag. Color of straps may vary.

Samuel Peploe was a Scottish painter, one of a group of four known as the 'Scottish Colorists.' It has been written that he was influenced by the intensity of the light while painting on the island of Iona, off the west coast of Scotland.
