All in-stock items will ship within 24 hours, excluding Sundays. With standard delivery, items are shipped via the US Post Office or FedEx regular ground service, and should arrive in 3-8 business days.
Our everyday flat rate for standard shipping is $9.95, for delivery within the 48 contiguous states.
Flat rate shipping does not apply for multiple shipment orders or special orders. Shipping rates for these types of orders will be provided at the time of order. Please call (802) 565-8120 for more details.
Express Shipping is available for an additional fee of $32 per address. Orders must be received by 12:00 PM EST and should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Standard Shipping to Canada is also available. An additional fee of $24.95 per address will be added to all orders. Shipments to Canada are sent Priority Mail through the U.S. Post Office and should arrive within 6-10 business days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns of most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or a full refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original, undamaged packaging. Please package your return carefully so no damage occurs in shipment.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of bath and beauty products.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer service at (802) 565-8120. We will arrange for an exchange or provide a Return Authorization number if needed.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as received. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If emailing, please include your order number and "order cancellation" in your email subject heading. If you have already been sent an email confirming shipment, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
