Urquhart Castle, Loch Ness by Jonathan Wheeler
Urquhart Castle [gaelic: Airchart Caisteal] sits beside Loch Ness along the A82 road, between Fort William and Inverness. It is close to the village of Drumnadrochit. Though extensively ruined, it was one of the largest strongholds of medieval Scotland, and remains an impressive structure, splendidly situated on a headland overlooking Loch Ness and the Great Glen.
All of Jonathan's prints are printed on acid free paper, using pigmented inks that meet archival lightfast standards in terms of UV exposure. They come mounted on acid free white core board. All prints are signed by the artist.
