Handmade from pure new wool, these tartan scarves have been woven on the Isle of Islay in a family-owned mill, using two looms from Victorian times.  Caol Ila is derived from Gaelic, and means "Sound of Islay" or "Islay Strait" in reference to the strait between Islay and Jura.

Fashionable and warm, this scarf is a lovely dark gray/black, with large window panes of white and red lines.
